CRM / EDM Manager

We are looking for a CRM & EDM Manager to join our team in this unique opportunity within a high growth digital healthcare startup.

Job Description

With rapid growth continuing for our first two brands Youly and Stagger off the back of closing a $4m seed round in November with, Midnight Health is close to finalising our Series A and are looking to continue the expansion of our digital healthcare offering through new brands, treatments and healthcare services.

The Role:

As we increase our market share, CRM, SMS and Email communications have become critical to nurturing our loyal customer base. 

Having recently adopted ActiveCampaign to manage our email marketing in addition to our own technology platform functioning as a CRM, we need an experienced CRM practitioner to help deliver constant and compelling messaging. This role will work through the sales and onboarding process into nurture and cross-product propagation. 

Working within our marketing & Insights team and closely with our product and medical support team, you will focus on ongoing customer relationship communication.

This role is an essential part of ensuring an ongoing commitment to quality patient experiences.

Using your experience in EDM / Direct marketing and CRM, you will deliver a structured process and journey logic based on customers’ needs, interactions and product/medical pathways.  

You will also work with Midnight Health’s researchers to ensure patient insights are used to adapt messaging for better patient cohort identification and message alignment. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding and evolving our customer communication processes
  • Customer journey mapping and optimisation for all products, including cross and upsell
  • Liaise with the marketing team to ensure consistency in cross-platform and post-click messaging 
  • Supporting marketing efforts in paid or social through aligned customer comms. 
  • Work closely with the data and insights team to understand customer data surrounding critical moments in the customer journey
  • Devise and implement new measures for ongoing CRM effectiveness (NPS, CSAT PES etc.) 
  • The ongoing management of EDMs within the ActiveCampaign platform
  • Ensuring effective SMS communication as part of patient management

Our Ideal Candidate:

      • Someone passionate about understanding and nurturing customer relationships through digital communications.
      • Experience in ActiveCampaign (or similar) essential
      • Design and Copy skills a genuine advantage
      • Understanding of EDM and SMS processes and regulations
      • University qualification or equivalent experience
      • 3+ years in similar role / experience
      • Interest in joining a fast-paced start-up environment
      • Project, time, and prioritisation management skills essential 
      • Ability to enjoy work and fit into a really lovely team is essential.
