Head of Creative

We are looking for a Head of Creative to join our team in this unique opportunity within a high growth digital healthcare startup.

With rapid growth continuing for our first two brands Youly and Stagger off the back of closing a $4m seed round in November with nib.com.au, Midnight Health is close to finalising our Series A and are looking to continue the expansion of our digital healthcare offering through new brands, treatments and healthcare services.

The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to take the creative lead on multiple brands and deliver world-class communications in a fast-paced, creatively enthusiastic business.

Working within our marketing team, reporting directly to the CMO, you will focus on ongoing customer creative delivery.

 While we don’t expect the successful candidate to be an expert in all areas, this role covers many aspects of creative communication. You will be responsible for:

  • Brand development and management
  • Aiding the marketing team in brief generation & channel selection
  • Campaign ideation and delivery (across multiple channels)
  • Creative concepting with our in-house social content teams and influencer partners
  • Creative production (photography, videography, animation, artwork) 
  • Web design (and working with the CX & Dev teams)
  • Packaging design (including aiding the pharmacy in styling)

This role is essential to ensuring the ongoing effectiveness of a substantial marketing budget, delivering effective marketing communications across all touch points.

Using your experience in creative and design development, you will help define and deliver world-class brand communications and experience.

Our Ideal Candidate:

    • Someone passionate about creativity that delivers commercial success.
    • University qualification or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years in similar role / experience
    • Prior experience in either art direction (preferred) or copywriting
    • Interest in joining a fast-paced start-up environment
    • Project, time, and prioritisation management skills essential 
    • A history of working in performance-focused marketing
    • Hands-on skills – proficiencies in these aspects would be highly advantageous;
